We love this place the Manager is always updating us on what has changed or if we need another space what is available or coming up to be available we appreciate her so much.

I was just with Germantown for over two years and really appreciated the facility and the excellent customer service. The facility was always clean, rodent and bug free, staff onsite, and monitored. Germantown Storage is a great, family owned storage facility that stands apart from the nationally-owned larger "chains". I found them online and decided to contact them initially due to the number of great reviews they had received. Everyone I spoke with is friendly and you can tell they care about what they are doing. Laura Richards, the manager of the South Germantown Road location, was fantastic to deal with from the initial call to get quotes, to the final move out day when we no longer needed offsite storage space. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
